We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a leading tech-focused company based in London. This is a contract role, outside IR35. You will be responsible for providing advanced desktop and infrastructure support, acting as an escalation point from the 1st Line Support team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Intune, Config Manager, and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Provide break/fix support, patching, and incident/change management across a Microsoft-centric environment.
- Support user devices, conference systems, and assist with general infrastructure tasks.
- Act as the escalation point from 1st Line support for advanced technical issues.
- Perform vulnerability management and ensure systems are up to date with patches.
- Support telephony systems and conference equipment as needed.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Windows 7/10/11 environments.
- Proficient with M365/O365, Exchange Online, Teams, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and Config Manager.
- Solid knowledge of patching, vulnerability management, and incident/change tracking.
- Experience in supporting conference/telephony systems.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in the financial services sector.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Location: London, Outside IR35
